To Bob Shank...

Bob, im not really sure if you even remember who i am but i want to say thank you. When i first came on this site, almost 3 years ago, i was a confused messed up depressed little girl angry with every one. And every one took it and never said any thing to me. Untill i came here and posted a a topic about my life and why it was so messed up with my biological(sp) mom and my adopted mom and me, well i dont remember much from that time in my life, and definatly not much from the advice i was given except from you. When every oen else jsut took me yelling you didn't you stood up and yelled right back and told me thigns could be much worse, and yes bad thing ahd happened but that they would get better. Well they have. And i give you alot of that credit because when i was asking for some one to listen what i really needed was for some one to tell me like it was, adn you did jsut that. So i want to take you Bob, even though you didnt know it you saved me. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Bob, i have to admit(even though i will lie about this in court) shes right. you do tell it like it is, and that does help alot.(but not all remember)

Very thoughtful. Some people think kind words, flattery, sympathy, etc...is what everyone needs when stuck in a rut. It's truth that motivates us and keeps us from becomming blind.

Congrats Bob for helping someone find themselves, and even more so, congratulations Pk- for listening to and accepting truth, learning, changing, and expressing gratitude for the one who showed you the way! I'm impressed.

Bob is an awesome man. I can remember a few times seeking his advice. He is a VERY wise man & I too like the fact that he doesn't "sugar coat" anything.
