that all depends on personal preferance.. and u cant judge someones poetic skills based on their age.. thats what I think at least |

^ I totally agree. A 45 year old poet can be phenomenal. But a 14 year old may be equally as good. Talent is ageless. |

It has to do with how much eperience you have on poems. I like Bob Shanks poems though ^_^ |

I don't think it matters what age group. People have said I have pretty good poetry for a 13 year old, and I've read some pretty good poetry from 40-something year olds. Doesn't matter. |

Age does not matter.......... Like any other art you learn it when you are young yet the older you get the more experience you get. |

Yeah i agree.. Age does not matter.. Like I'm 20 and i dont think my poems are nearly as good as some of the 13-19 year old that i have read.. and older. and at the church i go to... this little girl shes about 8-10ish.. wrote a poem.. when i first read it i though that an older person had written it.. it was that good.. anyway. back on topic. i think that age does not matter. as long as it comes from your heart.. |
