tell her, by considering her as an outcast and picking on her they're missing out themselves because she's a great friend, and they wouldn't deserve to be her friend anyhow; tell her she's beautiful outside and inside and that nobody elses opinion on her matters because they don't know who she is and they're not worthy of knowing who she is. i dunno really, make her feel welcome when you're with her and just tell her to not pay attention and ignore them cause that's all she can do.
