Is it better to wait?

I think that having an "intimite" relationship shouldn't be rushed into. I mean shouldn't you love the person you're doing it with? I think it's important to devlop an emotional relationship before jumping into bed. I also don't believe in having sex at the age of 13 or 14. I guess I'm old fashioned. I'm gonna be 16 soon, by the way.

I think you should wait till you're married and give the gift of yourself to the man who just promised you forever.

Agreed, sex is something that should be saved for marriage!! It's something that should only be shared with the man/woman that your going to spend the rest of your life with.

Don't rush anything physical at all.

Wait until you are completely comfortable, and you're sure that you are ready. There are more important aspects to a relationship, so work on the emotional side of it. It's not worth doing something that you'll regret.

Well, tell that to the many people who have married and divorced years later simply cos they have fell out of love due to no fault of each other

I agree sex should be special though. Don't do it up a wall in an alley way with the first person who asks.
Make sure you're in love at least

It is really good to wait. I made the mistake of not waiting, and i really wish i did. Later on ur gonna find someone that wants to because they love u, not just because it feels good. Ur gonna want to save it for that person

I say I will wait for marriage, and I will wait for marriage. lol, and I agree, always follow your heart, not your "friends" heart.

I'm turning 17 next month and I'm waiting until I'm completely in love and married. And honest to goodness, I don't understand falling out of love. Love is eternal and I think that if you can fall out of whatever you were in, it wasn't true.

Sorry if that offends, but it's my belief. Save yourself for the one you love and make it special.

Not true. My parents fell out of love but they still love each other as friends and spending ten years together and having two kids WAS love.
Love is like any other emotion. You can fall out of it at any time.
    That's life

Sex is something that should be very special and shared with the one you will spend the rest of you life with..... In my opinionk, you should wait until you are married, then give the best gift a girl can ever give to her husband.. The one thing that can't be bought (or shouldn't be), and a girl can keep.... Her virginity...

I'm right with you Sarah. I turned 16 a month ago and all my friends agreed to wait for our special person for marriage. I'm also into old fashioned manners like opening doors and simply polite gestures.

    60% of American families divorce
More people divorce when they live together before marriage and is subjected to more abusive behavior.

I prefer not to get tangled in a mess.
