goodbye to a friend poem???

i am looking for another poem now lol my friend and i have been friends since the 5th garde and now we are in 10th and ia m movving to boarding school in may wich is in nevada so that means i am leaving my friend and it is not goin well with her from what i have told her and so i wnated to email her a poem that says goodbye because i cant bare to call her i hear her say hi and i start crying and hang up she is my bff and i cant bare to let her go it is just so hard to say goodbye do yall know a good poem i can use
