How do you get over somebody you really care about?

I know I'm only 13, and most people say you can't love anybody yet(which I agree!) So, I'm going to say, I really care about them.
Anywho, There's this person, who as you have already heard, also likes my best friend. I can't get them out of my mind. I can't get over and forget about them, even though it would be better for everybody. They are not going out, but everybody knows that they like each other. Well, he told his best friend that he only he likes her as a friend, but he is always staring at her, and blushes a lot when somebody talks about her around him. He blushes a lot though. I really don't think he is going to take any interest towards me though. I feel small when I am in the same room as both of them. Their chemistry is that strong.
Bottom line is, I really really like somebody, but they don't like me more than a friend, and most signs say he likes my best friend more than me. What do I do???

I am. I am just asking how do I get over him, so my feelings won't come inbetween me and her.

I know, it's really tough... actually I have guy friends that I don't even think of romantically but I got jealous when they would flirt with their soon-to-be girlfriends. It's normal.
The trick is to keep caring about him but start caring about them both because if she's important to him then she should matter to you.
Does that even make sense??
Whether it does or doesn't, it's worked for me.

and ya it's hard to do watch your love one luv your own friend!!--but if the destiny wants to play those games with you--you must not let them win!--so get a control of you heart--and ya do care about them both--it may be hard-but bear it!-.

Yeah, I know. And I don't know what to do. I am trying to just let it go, but it's hard.

It's going to be hard, because who ever said love(or crushes) would be easy?? Trust me, I know it's hard, but well... he obviously doesn't like you like that... so... the only advice I have is to eat lots of Ice Cream, keep yourself very busy, and just kinda look for someone else.
