Political Poetry

I've never been one for political poetry, but considering some of the discussion threads around here recently, I felt inspired to finally write something political.

Not saying it's good... in fact, I hate how blatant it is, but I hope people will read and comment on it. Call it a new discussion thread, of sorts. ;)

And for the sake of discussion, what other political poetry is out there? Do you have anything political that you've written?

Obviously my poem is slanted politically from a certain side, but I invite any sides to post their poetry... and I'd love to find out about political poetry from other countries! Let's make this truly global!
