Chamber Concert

It has been long since I have contributed poetry to this site, but school has kept me very busy.

Anyways, this is to let all of you know that I am also exploiting my artistic alter ego through the development of music. Thus, I will be giving my first public performance with the classical guitar tomorrow evening (at my university).

For those of you who are familiar with the instrument and its repertoire, I will be playing the fiery Asturias (Leyenda) by Albeniz, and the first Prelude in E minor by Villa-lobos.

The concert was yesternight, and I think I did well. While the first piece was rather mediocre (I want to attribute this to muscular tension), the second one was almost as good as I wanted it to be. So, I am happy about that.

And yes, I am a male (not a girl)-haha.
