Ok. Wanna get in touch with your descriptive side? Well, i will give you a duty.

Describe colour to a blind person using only words.
    or
Describe smell to.. (a person who can't smell?!)
    or
Describe sound to a deaf person.

It WILL be hard. It is always easier said than done.

    I want to see feedback

(and ddavidd, this IS another pointless post!)

i hope that this will be understandable

this is a description for a deaf person about sound:

love is a feeling you feel in your heart it is natural. a soft melodious sound with a slow beat is made to seap into your mind to create a joy and love. that is what is felt when you listen to soft melody.
That is one of the beauties in music, it can make you feel an emotion as with paintings.

i hope that was ok i thought i would give a try as not many people have

How was all of this described to Helen Keller?

In my own opinion, everyone will "see" things differently or "hear" things differently than the next person any way.

The person has to be able to feel that description in their heart and imagine what it must be like with remaining senses to draw a conclusion.

Okay well. ima try describe color to a blind person.

i would take them out into the wilderness to wear there is no people, no industry what so ever.

to describe blue i would first dip thier hand into the stream to get them to feel the coolness of the water, then i would point towards the open sky to show them the emptyness. the stream to show blue can be gentle and calm and the sky to show how blue can be vast and unforgiving.

(to a color blind person) to describe a 'hotter' color like pink i would take him/her to a vast field of flowers and meadow grass. i would pick up a flower and tell them to smell it. The sweetness of the smells would be how i would describe a soft pink and then i would find a humming bird to describe a hotter pink. but also a butterfly. something so wonderfully exotic, yet they are everywhere.

to show a harsh color like grey or uglyness. i would take them out of the forest to wear the road cuts into it. i would show them a helpless animal in which has been decapitated by a stupid alien driving by having no concern for its helpnessness.

you take which they can not do and put it into something that they can do
