Plagiarism yet again

Okay, I have read the other forums on this and I apologize I know to just do the copyright violation. I also know we should provide as much information about the questionable poetry. My question is this I ran across a poem on our site and I know I have read this many years ago. At the very least 20 years ago, I tried to google it and could not come up with anything to prove this point. Any suggestions on this and what to do. I did not want to post the link to the person to prevent any unwanted attention to their site should I be wrong. However I don't believe I am.......any help???

well, it seems that person had more plagiarized stuff... they are now suspended.
