Free Trade vs. Fair Trade

did uno in free trade, from $300 sport shoes the actual proucer gets $1.20 (in NZD currency) thats so disgusting! wat do u guyz think bout it? ppl r getting exploited and its so unfair. the main companys that are exploiting ppl in developing countries are GAP, Naike, Addidas, Reebok that kibda thing. wat do u guyz think? does any one have definitions for free trade and fair trade and examples?
