Prom

Well i told him before he was gonna ask me that i was going to bring a friend...
I didn't say anything about bringing another guy..
AND everytime we talk about prom...i'll tell him that I'm not going with anyone...only bringing a friend..
so i don't understand why he would believe that guy when i clearly tell him that im bringing a friend..who is a girll

Well where Im from Prom is pretty big. And it is a tradition to ask your date in a really fun way. I know that is a little weird, but it is so fun! I have heard of people who had a police officer pull their choise over to ask them to prom. It is so funny! Most people around here dont have a boyfriend/girlfriend. So the whole break-up thing is almost not there. We have a fun day date before prom. Almost all of the dresses here have sleaves and are very cute. I have nothing against sleaveless, it is just that that is not the style around here. Our prom is not stag, so you have to get a date. You cant go in a big group. And as long as you are in high school you can go! No matter what grade you are in. Just most people around here (me included) dont date until we are sixteen! I cant wait until I am old enough to go to Prom! One more year!

My dress is strapless. Light blue with pink roses. As for a date I don;t have one but if I end up getting one that's cool. If not I'll go have a great time with my girls.

Im going to junior prom in a couple of weeks w. my ex, and then towards the end of the school year im going to senior prom with my crush

What kind of dancing did they have? I am getting so nervous all my friend said was that if the school does prom like Homecoming (which he went to I didn't) that they were going to do Prom right.

Yeah a lot of guys who go to different schools that are my friends are having it real early. One just had it a couple days ago.

Wow that's cheap compared to here. At my new school my friend 35 a piece even though I kept offering him the money to pay for it) and at my old school I think it was loads more.

and you haveto pay the same amount for your guest too..

Prom is coming close for me to i live in the uk ours is 28th june my dress is getting made and i cant wait to have my first fitting =)
im so excited but nervous i hardly wear dresses thinks *i had dress on my 11th birthday* long time ago lol
with me attending an all girls school where not allowed to have dates (as in men) which sucks who agrees! lets hope we can change there mind he he he

Danielle i agree with you even though i did not go to my junor prom i will go to my senior because i think that prom should be meant for seniors only because it is their last year of high school

My crush, jason, just asked me to senior prom this afternoon, so im going to senior prom w. him at the end of june, and junior prom w. my ex in a couple of weeks haha

Prom Sat and tomorrow (Fri) I have to get my dress because I couldn't get a ride before then. It's alright my friend/crush that I am going with didn't get ready yet either.
