lost in my words!!!!!!!!

i have been catching myself repeating my thoughts lately, i dont know what to do, i need to know, should i continue writeing?? i dont know if i can, i dont think i can find the right words anymore, can you please read my writeings and tell me what you think?? i need some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From personal experience, I've created new poems whilst feeling similar to this. But it only seemed to occur when I had no forethought on what I was going to write, and only if I wrote it in the ungodly hours of the morning.
