*Awkward*

Umm...Ive recently had alot of problems with understanding myself including the discovery that Im bi...my parents found out and freaked out and *Sigh*...theyre a bit dissapointed in me...and I told a friend but after an argument with my friend she told the entire school pretty much , including a guy that I liked...and I still DO like him...so Im made fun of on a daily basis about it...thank God its spring break...and there were alot of people Ive become romantically involved with...most of those 'relationships' turned out to be failures mainly because Im shy and pretty much suck at relationships...so...does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this?...other then what I used to do to deal with it...any advice would be good...thanks...:)

Ive tried ignoring people but...grr...Im not very good at ignoring people...I also focus on bad things way to much so when someone says something bad about me even if its a small meaningless thing I totally flip out and yeah...it sucks royally being bi in a place like this where everyone seems homophobic (or biphobic if thats even a word) aka Georgia...grr...luckily several people I know are very understanding...mainly because theyve been through it...it still feels like I have to 'prove' to everyone that Im not gay (as they think I am just because Ive had feelings for several guys) by dating girls that I dont even like...arg...I hate confusion and I hate complications...my life contains both...grr...

Don't do things that you don't wanna do. Don't date girls to make everyone else happy, because you'll just wind up being so miserable. I'm not a lesbian or bi, but many of my friends or people I know are bi. I think if that's what you want to be, then GO FOR IT!! No one can change who you are. People are people, regardless of anything else. =] Good luck with everything!

i feel exactly the same way sometimes... I told somebody I thought i could trust that i was bi, she told her whole art class, now practically the whole school knows. but then she called ME the backstabbing bitch-liar-whore... in front of everybody at the poetry slam!!! AH! i should get a... nevermind, then i would be a literal backstabber.

But this isnt about me. If you dont like somebody, dont date them, if you do and they like you too, date them! but dont do it to make other people happy, thats a waste of your time and theirs. plus, some people are crazy and could really be hurt by the fact that you were just using them to make them happy. (irony, huh?)

I guess your right...thanks for the advice guys! :)...and yeah...I wont date anyone else that I dont like. Ive pretty much decided that on my own and telling someone usually doesnt work...so if they start fighting with me or something...I'll have to be prepared...which is okay I guess...Im pretty good at arguing...XD
