best friend

My best friend is going to go out with my ex, who i still love. I broke up with him, and I had a good reason (i was switching high schools) and he understood. about two months ago I told him I still loved him and he basically shot me down. My best friend kissed him and is probably going to go out with him. I don't know how I could handle her doing something like that. I think she knows I still love him, because I told her a week ago. I don't know if I should just let it go or tell her. What do you think?

You should let her know how you feel. Otherwise, she's going to date him and you might risk getting angry at her and jealous when you see them together...or, you could let her date him and silently watch her with a fake smile. I have seen this happen to many people, it's all a matter on whether you think you can handle seeing them together.

If you told your best friend you still love him a week ago, then of course she knows. If she IS your best friend, truly, she would know whether your love for him still exists or no without you even saying so. If she IS your best friend, she also would never pursue one of your ex's (without your ok). Such a thing is taboo. Basically, either drop the hurt/jealousy you feel, or drop your "best friend." The two can't go together, and feelings can't exactly be controlled in this matter...HINT: Drop the friend. She shouldn't be fooling around with your recent ex. Blah.
