Dont know anymore..Any Advice

What should I do I been cutting since 8th grade off and on and I am in 10th grade again my parnets new but they think i stopped as they thearten me with going to a crazy place...I have family problems with everything and one sister getting her way..boyfriend problems as well as friends...shouldn't parnet ssay something about their kids wearing long sleeves 24 7? I dont know what to do i just want to press harder down and cut a vein to see what happen..
