Should i END it?????

Here's the problem.....I use to talk to this boy hat i really care about..but we never really made it official....but now we dont talk nemore becase things werent working out..he never had time for me and he use to lie to me so i cut him off..but now I met this other boy that im thinking about getting to know better but the problem is that they are ousins by marrige and i dont know if i should keep talkin to him or end it now before we catch feelings....My question is should I end it even though me and the 1st guy never really had anything serious?? please give me ur opinion on this and your advice!!

Yea I do like boy1...but i dont want to be with hime...i just dont want him to be mad that I will talk to his cousin and think bad of me.....so im still not sure what to do
