Best friends

Ok I have a friend her name is Melanie and we've been friends for 5 years now we hang out about everyday and talk on the phone for hours were just really close...well when we signed up for volleyball she met a new friend her name is maddi...she's cool but lately it's like all mel is doing or talking to is maddi and it hurts because going from all the time to part time sucks and im afraid that if I comfront her about it she might be like well we can have other friends or I talk to you everyday jeez or something like that i don't know what to do

Can anyone help or have advice?

my best friend katelyn has recently become friends with maegan, and they talk and hang out all the time. i feel so left out. but ihave been trying to just hang out with both of them. i just became friends with this girl becca so i hang out with her a lot when maegan and katelyn are hanging out.
