i think it's best to wait till ur alone cuz some people don't like to kiss in public an the last thing u wana do is make them feel uncomfortable. ul know wen it's da rite moment to kiss

You just know, when your both feeling it. JUst go for it, and try not to think to much. Thinking will only hender it.

well its pretty safe to say, that a guy wont mind you kissing him, putting the moves on him. Some times guys will hint to you that they do, like they may say "you have pretty lips" or just make comments regaurding that. Honestly i really couldnt tell you, it just depends on the situation and the guy. MOst guys will just make the move. and other times you may have to. if you notice them getting a little shy all of the sudden, at the end of the date its because they are debating weather or not to kiss you so just anwser it for them, kiss em. That is if you want to.
