Girl you gotta quit cutting yourself up while you can that sh i t is addictive and its no way to deal with your pain...it might supress it for a while but it wont go away until you deal with it...
If i was your mum I would throttle you hunny, that scar is there for life and can you even guarantee that this boy is there for life and that his love is also? I dont think so babes why you doing this to prove your love, theres so many more creative ways of doing that without leaving a scar on your body you are there with for life!
Get a real tattoo or something babes but NEVER of a guys NAME PLEASE! You will live to regret it!

god this sounds familiar. This happened to me only a week ago exept it was a chicks name cut on my leg. My mum lectured me for three hours telling me i wasn't in love and i'd regret it. She said she was going to punish me cos I knew I wasn't spose to tatoo my self but i did it out of love.
Don't worry about your mum, it doesn't matter wat she says, but please do this :stop cutting, it's not good. You have a talent and you should live for that.

It's not weird at all. I have done exactly the same thing and I wrote a poem about it. (I Carved a 'V') THe unfortuante thing though is that he dumped me and I still have the scar. I don't think I'll ver do it again.
