Deleting Poems

Just a reminder that all titles IN CAPS or WrIttEn LiKe ThIs are subject to be deleted in violation of rule # 3 just like those with please read or please comment in the titles.

Please go through your poems and make sure they follow the guidlines set forth according to Poems-and-Quotes.com

Title of Poem [Style of Poems] is fine unless the title is written IN ALL CAPS or TiTlE iS wRiTtIn LiKe ThIs.

I think you should send a copy of the poem that was deleted with the email, just as a precaution so the owner DOES have a copy.

Do you get paid to be a moderator of this site???

Actually.. you should save ALL your poems on your own computer just as a precaution.

I have mine all printed out, saved on my computer AND saved to disks... one disk is in a water proof, fire proof safe, and another disk is at my mother's house 100 miles away. I'm not leaving anything to chance!

I see....so why be a mod then??? I mean you guys spend alot of time on here keeping this place clean...Obviously you enjoy this site but...well you know what I'm saying..

I volunteered to help keep the site clean. I have children that love this site just as much as I do and I want to be a part in contributing my time and efforts to a safe zone on the internet where they can roam without me having to worry.

As for the other mods I cannot say. The decision to accept such an honor varies upon each person and only that specific person knows why he or she chose to join in and help.

I may not be getting paid in cash; however, I am getting paid by investing in my children and knowing that when they log on here the chance of them being approached innapropriatly is very slim.

I still sincerely agree with the mods...I think if you want to emphasize a word, you make it in caps, but if everything is in caps, what is that? you're just emphasizing everything?? and ThIs Is JuSt LaMe...and I don't mean to offend anyone, I just think its a ridiculous way of writing that is really annoying on the eyes.

I hear the part about writing is partial caps.. but say i had a poem about sexual harassment, or abuse... and i was trying to emphasize on the name... ex: stop . not very flavorful or anything. STOP gets attention. i think there should be a system... BUT YoU Da BoSs.. I donT SeE WHy PEoPlE WoulD write lIKE thiS anywaY.. its chilidish.
but using capitol letters is the only way to enphasize correctly..

get us some italics or somthing to compensate for no caps..
