Looking for poem on here...

I read a poem a few days ago. It was all about how you don't love with your whole heart after it has been broken. It was really good and sad, and I was wondering if anyone knew who wrote it?
I would really appreciate someone helping me find it, cause it was that good :).

Do you remember the title or any of the lines?

If you go into your internet history and look for the day you read it you should be able to find the P&Q link with all the pages visited on here, and it should be there somewhere.

It was like... hard to explain. But like, once you lov, you don't love the same the next time for fear of being hurt.
