Grammar at the End of Titles?

Do you think it looks appeasing for there to be (just an ex:) "Lonely Without You." or "Lonely Without You"

I've seen more and more people put grammar (not counting the (...)) at the end of their poems, and personally i think it's ugly and unattractive. What is your opinion?

I have to agree, unless it is used as an effect. like to suggest that there is no more to say on the matter and to emphasise it.

Hmmm... well yeah I've never done that and I see no reason to do that... so I'll agree whith you but there may be some exceptions... None I can think of though...

It's not necessary to put a period at the end of a title. As for the ... I've been known to use it - and a dash or two, too!

It is not necessary to put a . at the end of a title, it is ok to use an ! at the end, it is not required. The poem is your own work.

I agree I dont think that titles should have any sort of punctuation at the end, because its just a though. Putting something at the end of it makes it look like thats all there is to it, and we all know thats never the case.

I like ellipses in some of my titles to show actual thought instead of having the title be there.

If my title was "I'm Sorry", it shows less emotion than the title "...I'm Sorry". The ellipses show a pause and are a physical representation of a cognitive expression and the reality of what one can express no matter how hard they attempt on finding textbook words that seem to cure whatever aches.

If used improperly, the ellipses do look quite ugly.

I agree i dont knw y some do so afterall it doesnt make it look better.

Titles don't need periods at the end, I suppose. It's irrelevant.

I do it, but it's mostly just a habit. It depends on the subject though, if I think it needs anything there.
