Trashed boots..

Kay well last Saturday I went to one of my life long friends birthday, we did a limo the expensive restaurant, the party.. the whole nine yards. I was in a rush to get ready and couldnt go out and get a new outfit. So I wore my best friends boots, withought her permission. She wasn't at home, I had no way of gettin a hold of her! So i just wore them anyway. Unfortunatly at the party I ended up totally trashing them, the heels were scraped bare. She finally found out last night and i got an ear full this morning. But I did the easiest thing I could, I lied and tried to say it was infact her who had ruined them, even though they were left at my house. So now what should I do, she is completely pissed right off!?

^ I agree, just tell her your sorry, admit you were wrong to wear her stuff and lie about it, and offer to pay for or buy her a new pair of boots

You can't steal soemthing from a best friend, if thats the case.. your not her friend at all.

You lied. Boom, you got yourself into trouble. Tell her the truth!! Jeez. That's how fights start, she's going to find out eventually, tell her the damn truth. That's how best friends forever become "screw it"

Kay so we worked it out, she was only mad at the fact that I lied to her. Which is understandable and I was waiting for that, but we talked .. and everythings cool again. :)
