Who knew so many things could go bad

Today was a very hard day for me to get through. Lets start off with the fact that today is my neices birtday. I want to call and tell her happy birthday but I just cant because the fact that my brother got married to a women who only thinks of herself. My brother and I have different moms so she says that we arent really brother and sister at all. She had done some pretty mean things to keep him seperated from our father and me. If I call I know they wont appreciate it.

Next on the list. I have had my dog since I was 11 months old. He is very old. I think he is about 17 now. He is very sick and is not doing well. He cant even barely walk. We have decided to put him to sleep tomorrow morning so this has been tearing at my heart for the whole week.

Last on the list. I have a mentally retarded cousin. He beat the biggest disease these days (cancer) when he was 12 years old. He is now 26 years old. Which means he has made it past his life expectancy. Through the years we have become very close. When I came home from school yesterday my mom had told me they had to go to the doctor today to get some test run. He has been having problems eating. All his food is going to his lungs. Today the test came back. He has to limit his food. And if they cant do that or it doesnt work he has to get a feeding tube which means he cant eat at all and he cant take a bath and that is two of his most favorite things to do. I am really scared because I dont know whats going to happen next.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. I know how it feels to have a pet for a long time and them getting old and you haveing to get them put to sleep. At least he isn't in any pain anymore, you just have to keep thinking that.

I really hope that things get better for your cousin. It will be hard for him and all of your family. It is good that he beat the cancer and has lived past the expected life. It is going to be hard, but you need to think that the hardest part of his life is over, fighting cancer, and that although things are going to get bad you have your family around you.

Having a different mum must be weird but if you think about it you still have some of the same bloodline from your dad.

I know how you feel about loosing a pet iv lost quiet alot over my life :S but like what Kalee said its better now that his not suffering.

I hope that your cusin get better, it must be hard on him having to know that he may not be able to do some things that he loves to do any more.
