dont...all you need to do is tell your doctor thaat there are things really troubling you and that youd appreciate it if he got you someone to talk to...i think it'd sound kinda bad if you just asked him because it might seem you want them for the wrong reasons...im really sorry though because reading through this i sound like a complete bitch but i swear im not...so i am sorry...but if you talked to someone then it'd be easier because theyd be helping you at the same time as theyd be giving you the anti-depressants. but seriously...they're not all they're cracked up to be...they just hide the problem...you don't want that |

then still go to the counseller or whoever and tell them whats going on and tell them this never helps...i know its a long shot but they always understand...sorry its not much use. |

I disagree with Rachel. I think the if talking to people doesn't help, you shouldn't go to a counselor. Try talking to a friend and if that doesn't help, try to find some way to deal with it yourself. I am here to talk to if you want. I know exactly how you feel. |

I have only one friend that I really feel I can talk to, and without her, I think I would probably be dead right now. |
