Ok cuz I am sorta confused I have a few problems and I don't know if they are abuse or not.

when I was younger I was picked on like hardcore, beaten up and everything by kids my age. I have never been beaten up by my parents or anything like that but because I couldnt stand up for myself when I was younger has left a huge dent in me. I'm ok now but when I was REALLY sick it just took over my world.

another problem I have is that my grandparents ignore me, they treat me like crap. they have favorite grandchildren and I am clearly not one of them. I still have a strong strong hatered towards my grandfather for the way he treats me and my family and I am wanting to let go of that but I don't know how. is that abuse? I don't know if that is. it confuses me lol

There are ways of making abuse that you wouldn't believe, me I had to do things that no human should have to ever do, eat things ,like dead fish gut's ,drink human pee, broke nose 5 times ,physical, mental, brutal abuse, cruel abuse, hate abuse, where they just hate you, just because you are alive, they are many ways that abuse can be inflicted sexual, depending on the person and the way they want to cause the abuse, like the brutal abuse fist to the face broke jaw bones 3 threes ,just so many ways, chaining someone up to a tree, that leaves scares for life and nothing are no one can take that away,16 years of it ,I could go on for days ,but all in all there are 100 or more different ways of abuse and very painful if I may add
