Does anyone even vote for quotes anymore?

I'm finding that people hardly ever read- let alone VOTE- on quotes anymore. Anyone else noticing it too?

I agree, people just stck to poems. but i think quotes are just as important

I read and vote. I wish we could comment them too. And this website, after all, is poems AND QUOTES so you're either here for one or the other or both. Just ignore them if you'd like.

Yeah I agree thats why when I do read them I tend to vote just cause I like to give my opinion, cause its normally wanted.

I like to try and get involved with the quotes. It's not as easy as poems.

The problem I've noticed is that the quotes that try to be unique and inspirational are left with no votes, while the same regurgitated words are always given several fives.

I like reading quotes but there are a lot on here that are stolen quotes, if you're going to post quotes, just like the poetry, it should be yours.

People vote on mine whenever I post one up o-o Er when I used to anyway . I guess poetry is more read, because a lot of quotes are overused . Not necessarily stolen, but one that many like and just post up . Sometimes it gets old, y`know ?

Anyway...I totally forgot about the quotes section on here! I forgot that I even had quotes! Wow, I need to start reading quotes...

I read a lot of quotes, but don't comment. I dunno why though... I'll start voting again.

I read them all the time, b cuz then through out the day i try to put them into regular conversation, i know stupid, but its fun

Totally agree. people try to write quotes that are like morals in fairy tales or something - really broad and sweeping and basic. The rest dont seem to get any votes.
