Have you ever been walking down a hallway with another person walking towards you...
You meet eyes, sort of recognize that one of you will have to move, then, in an act of courtesy, both of you decide to move for the other. Which results in you walking straight towards each other again. So you can't both go right. So you try left.
    BAM! Passage blocked!
    [[They tried going left, too.]]
After a few more moments, you somehow manage to pass the person, after giving them a nervous smile, or a good natured smirk.

    Here is my question:
Is there a name for this? And if not, what should we call it?

    Heh.

I thought the "Owe me a coke" thing was one of those "Pinch, poke! Haha! Now you owe me a coke!" things....

Sorta like the nearly as famous, though not as much so[[since I don't think it's an official brand name...]] "Clap. Snap. Yay, you owe me a frappe!"

...Don't ask me why I know these. It's better kept locked up somewhere. Somewhere far, far away. In a box. In a chimpanzee.
    Uh, what?

    Getting back to topic.
I was thinking, since we have deja-vu [French word, which translates to something like "Seen before,"]], but we don't actually have an english word for it, maybe some other language has beaten us to the naming of this... erm.... circumstance.

This has happened to me many times, I usually laugh with the other person and say "Shall we dance?"

Yeah whenever this happens to me and it happens quite a bit at the office here. I always say.....Sorry we'll dance later, right now there's work to be done. They usually laugh and let me by. BTW as for a name for it.......awkward pantomine is the only thing I can think.
