What do you do when you need a rhyme and and you can't think of anything good without ruining the poem? im stuck :(

Personally, I'm a firm believer in never 'needing' a rhyme because I suck at it. So I prefer not to rhyme on purpose - as doing so, as you said, 'ruins the poem' when it sucks. It does! So if you're that stuck, unless it'll completely screw the rhythm of your poem - Don't rhyme!
Otherwise you could always look up rhyming help on Google. I'm sure there are still automated sites that will find rhymes to any word - though they might be a bit silly.
Sorry if this wasn't much help.

If you're at the point where you're considering re-writing the poem just so it rhymes, you might want to consider using words that almost rhyme. Case In Point, look up Seamus Heaney's "The Barn". It doesn't ruin the whole flow of the poem and analytical readers will point it out if used consistently as a more unique way of presenting the poem.

I sometimes use a rhyming dictionary, but some times if you just go in the order of the alphabet in you head you can find a good word. Like if you're trying to rhyme with "left" go "beft, ceft, deft, etc" (thats one word already!) always remember combos too, like "theft"

Try slant rhymes, too. You know the words that almost sound alike but not exactly. For example:

    Night-Lied
    Stay-Trade
    Sleep-Seek
    Dawn-Bond
    etc....

That will open up a whole new line of words for you to work with. Sometimes adding a new depth to your poetry.
