Im back in a relationship that has lasted on and off for about two years now and weve messed up with each other a few times people have a problem with us being together im not sure why but this time we are working out problems and we dont even fight its more about listing to each others issues now instead of fighting is there a chance that this could last 4-ever? THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM even thou things are good we talk to each others family my mom doesnt know about him she doesnt aprove my grandma covers for me when im with him will there ever be a chance to let her know that im truely in love with this guy and no matter what she says im going to be with him i hate hidding him from her its been this way for about 1 yr and a half

The thing is my mom wants a blue eyed blondie for me he is the total oppisite hes dark and brown eyed but hes amazing she says that i dont need to have dark kids but to tell you the truth it dont matter to me but my mom well she has a race problem

Ur mom is just bein a B!TCH... she cant tell you that you cant date someone jus cuz he dont look like she wants him to... you cant choose who you end up liking or loving... it just happens somehow... she is seriously just bein a b!tch tho...

My parents prohibited me to be with my ex. But I ran from home for a week sleeping at friends houses, till my parent's realized how importtant this relationship was to me and then we had a talk and I was back on seen my ex. :D

U should try talking to your Mom. tell her to put herself in ur position and maybe she' ll realize that if you have feelings for someone then nothing should really matter about their race

Thing is that she judges to quickly she never did met him and well if she see me with him shell move me schools shes happy that he doesnt go to my school but i still see him everyday afterschool and well she always said that if i got pregnate by him she would want nothing to do with the kids life in other words i have to pich either to keep my mom in my life or spend my life with him and im not trying to be nieve but he could be the one you know and i dont think i want to throw that away because my mom cant except him

My mom did the SAME THING!!!!She didn't trust my judgement but NEVER say 4ever b/c the only thing that's 4ever are diamonds if you say 4ever and it ends up not being 4ever then it makes it so much harder to let go...Listen to me I did the same thing!!!!and it ended BADLY!!!!
