I NEED THE GUYS HELP ON THIS ONE...

What do you guys do to let a girl know that you like them without actually telling them... I cant tell if this guy likes me..

we work at the same place but he is in a higher postion then me... I work with 2 of my friends and he knows we are all friends but they do some stuff that I dont and knowing that I am their friend he will be like I dont like girls who___ (what they do)... I dont know... I just dont see why he says that unless he wants to me know something.
AND...
why do guys bring up their ex girlfriends infront of other girls?

Reading this, I don't think he "likes" you. I think he's simply being friendly with you. I wouldn't read too much into it.

He doesn`t like you . He`s just being honest . Guys do that . They tell you random things . A lot of girls seem to overthink it and think that it means something . If a guy likes you, and he doesn`t tell you straight up, he`ll do obvious things like maybe give you roses or something . Or act really nervous aroudn you . He says those things because guys are straight up about what they dislike . Guys bring up ex-girlfriends because something you`r talking about reminds them of it, they feel like talking about them, or they`re ready to reminisce the past with you . Or a ton of other reasons but I`m too lazi to say .
Straight up, he`s just being friendly .

I only spoke of my only ex when we broke up 5 years ago. Since then I have been single and stopped talking about her. The only reason I can think of that guys would talk about their ex is cause they are not over them completely, or something down that line. As far as that guy thing is going with you it could be alot of things. Maybe he's just joking around with you or maybe he is interested. I personally think you should hint thinking he likes you. Throw it out there just to see his response. lol that would be interesting. It'll be like a Twix moment or something. Let me know how things go =)
