    errr... why would you want to throw up?? that'll make you feel and smell bad... really exercise is great, you can stay fit and it will make you feel great :) ...you just need to find someone to get you going, maybe try and hook up a friend to go out for runs everyday ;) just my 3 cents :D

    Girl thats NOT a way to loose weight if anything it sgunna slow down your metabolism and prevent you loosing weight - planning bulimic acts is hardly a way to get skinny and maintain it...its really simple hun go for a walk around the block every morning or night, cut out sweets and cakes and junk food and replace them with healthy snacks like fruit and veggies and cereal grains...instead of grabbing a mars bar peel yourself a carrot...also drink up to 2Litres of water a day it will help speed up your metabolism and cleanse your system plus with excerise on top of that you'll sweat alot of your weight off...get a freind to excercise with you for motivation and make it fun - try dancing and boxing and sports or workouts that are cardio - not only will get super fit super quick but you'll notice the results straight away - well within a month - and noticing that difference will motivate you to continue...another word of advice dont judge by your weight instead of weighing yourself measure your self - excerising will mak eyou put on more weight as your fat gradually turn into muscle and muscle has a heavier weight index so dont be alarmed - measurement is where you will notice your weight loss...

    please dont give yourself an eating disorder I did that myself at 15 weighing in at 65kgs - it took me years to recover and now at 20 I can maintain my 49Kgs size 6 weight with these tips - i hope you can do the same and please email me before you think of making yourself throw up again

    throwing up is soo not kool. being skinny is fine, but having really yellow teeth just dosnt look right. stomach acid from throwing-up ruins your teeth

    I think Erisa had some very valuable advice to offer here. Others did too. But beyond that, an exercise routine has many more benefits than just weight control. Being overweight and having a sedentary lifestyle is often accompanied by feelings of low self esteem. That would probably just be magnified if you grasp at bulemia as a means of weight control. On the other hand, you are likely to begin feeling a whole lot better about yourself and about life in general after just a few weeks of following a plan of physical activity. And it also helps to reduce stress.

    I don't know if the same holds true for everyone but I also feel far less inclined to overeat or to binge on junk food when my daily routine includes physical activityand exercise.

    Anyway, I wish you all the best in facing this challenge.

    Well, Throwing up is not a good way! It can become a habbit! Just watch what you eat, dont eat to late and try to excersize in a fun way like taking a walk!

    ure 13 and ure 5 feet 7 inches tall !!!!!
    uve got a long time to grow much more why are u complaining??
    u just need to eat right and exersise a lil...u cant just say ure lazy and get away....try listening to some nice music while working out...it keeps me goin....
    ohh and im 5 feet 2 inches and im 17 and i wont even grow anymore!!
    so ure much better off than me!!!
