Ok I seriously need some advice.. I suffer from depression and terrible self-esteem so I keep getting jealous, am unsure about everything, think people hate me if I do something wrong once, feel like I'm annoying people by being clingy or so and so on.. and well anyone know anything I can do to solve these problems they are really getting to my bf...

It starts and ends with you
First you have to really know yourself and what you like to be...
Cause if you find who you really are and your trust to yourself, you will stop being jealous
And if you think you get annoying sometimes, think twice before saying something..I always do..It would a little get your brain bust too much..but believe me it works
And to descrease your depression thing..take time for youself..You like shopping?..go shopping..you like reading books?Head yourself to library..I mean if you get busy with something you will feel depressive less

And tell your boyfriend to understand you and let him help you about you

You are not the only one who feels like this, perhaps you could look into self esteem work with counselling? or group work for self esteem, might help you face what the problem is and make you more confident..worth a try?

Talk to a parent, gaurdian, or someone you can trust 100% and hope that they can help you. If you can trust them, they can help you.

It's okay. Every one goes through it. Drown yourself in your days. Do everything you can to keep your mind off the things that are negative.

It starts in the head. It affects the head first. Then, where does the solution lie? In your head :)

You must start thinking positively.....Get up everyday and say to yourself that today will be a wonderful day.....have faith, hope, believe in life....enjoy....love....be with your friends....the depressive bout will kick you even when you do all of this....but it will become rarer....Try to do something you're good at, or like...and dont tell me you arnt good at anything....EVERYONE has talent...you just have to find it.

I have the clingy problem, and no solution yet. Guess people want much space, and I like getting close to them and sharing myself. Try keeping a journal to share yourself with. Might help :)
