The silent cry of rape.

I was raped,
and it feels like that
every problem that comes along in my life,
is bigger than it actually is.
because here i take this problem,
the biggest problem i have ever had to deal with
and keep it locked up
inside of a bottle,
so that it is to myself.
NOBODY KNOWS.

i havent told a soul.
that i know...
WELL
until know.
here i am
throwing my issues out there
into cyber space.

if you could only imagine
how my heart feels
how heavy it is
how it weighs me down
day in and day out
i think you would understand
and sympathize
why i havent told anyone.

Sweetie, when things like this happen, even though it's difficult.. you're supposed to tell someone about it. You were RAPED! That isn't just something you can get over and move on. The only way you can get through it is if you tell someone.. tell a parent, or an adult you trust completely.

I agree, talk to someone about it. It will help if you just let it all out to someone that will listen and understand and help you through it. Rape is a horrible thing to go through and you will never get it off your mind, but talking to someone about it will help a ton.
