How easy are the words for to flow

When you are writing poems is it hard or easy to get the words right for what you want to say

I only write when i have an idea and usually the pen just floats on the paper and before i know im done xxxx

Um... My flow usually just comes, but I do get stuck from time to time

Usually they come to me naturally, no problems,but lately been having a lot of problems, mind isn't working right.

Yes..but sometimes it flow naturally

What flow? Are you kidding me? Half the time, I have no clue if my mind and hand are even communicating properly. I need to get my oil checked.
