Curious - How Many Cuts

For all those cutters out there Im curious to know when you do cut on average how many cuts would you say you make in one go. I myself when I first started only did one at a time but now Im doing three normally. So I was wondering how many cuts other people out there make??

when I cut, I cut about 5 lines, on average. depends on how I feel.

idk sometimes jus one, sometimes more than one. I've never cut deep enough to draw blood, but i got big welts that later turned into small scabs

I usually cut enough to cover my whole arm. And it isn't a good cut unless you can see the blood dripping down your arm, in my opinion.

I Dont usely cut, but when i do i usey cut only on my left Arm about 6 times.

I cut about 10-15 sometimes more depending on how I feel once again....

i have cut arm fulls in one go before- meaning from my shoulder right down to my wrist, these were lines about 5cm long. but if i am at school i only do a few that can be easily hiden by a piece of cloth i have tied around my wrist.
some times my arm feels like it is dripping with blood when i know it is dry and hadnt even been cut.

my friend just started cutting in school about a month ago. first she was just using her sharp fingernails but i think she's getting worse...

does it count if you dont use a blade, but attack your mind instead.. a method that leaves no visible scars but does have a toll

well how can you get over something you arent sure you have...

im normally making about 2 or 3..depends on how deep they get. if not deep at all ill make up to about 8 or 9. Last night i did 3, one of them alittle deep. I once did one so deep i thought i might need stiches...that day I did only that one.

5 cuts every hour. at school i go to the bathroom every mod and cut myself 5 times.

Just one cut sometimes 2 but they're very deep....I have around 200 white scars and 57 purple ones..Normaly i would cut myself 3 times a day but now im trying to stop sinc my mom found out again... So i haven't self injured in 5 days and going insane from it....

i did 31 a about two nights ago, and ive cut about 8 more times each night since, gotta wait for it to heal, but i still need to do it... i dont know why, but not ive do it i cant stop... :(

ummm and average of 10 each time? give or take a couple. but my knife weas kinda blunt so u cud hear it dragging thru my flesh. ouchies

usually just one but my knife is really blunt so it hurts like hell enough for 10

I have never ever cut before

i cut all the time because life is so hard and difficult and i can't realize that things are really not that bad. and if i just learned to let go and move then i might be better off.

When i cut,I always end up in the hospital because I cut long and deep normally 15 times on each wrist.It hurts and I have to get out of the habbit of it but it's really hard once in a while,I've tried to kill myself by Over Dosing or hanging my self,I tried to shoot myself once but there were no bullets,Im glad though.Maybe if someone here cares,would some help me please.I really need it.

i have 12 on top and 8 on bottom, but im starting to stop, I know its hard.

well one time i cut myself 50 times on both my legs. and about 20 times on each arm.

I have enough cuts... 1-50 at a time... all my cuts are deep.

depends on how depressed i am. it ranges from 1 to around 30 for me...

my cuts are all 2 inches deep

i love cutting my arms. it is so cool

What a lie.... If you cut your arm to inches deep you would pierce it...(unless you're really really fat)..

i only ever cut once. it was a series of more than twenty scrathes in the same spot with a very sharp three inch bladed buck knife. the scar is still there after a couple months, but i was ashamed by hypocricy and never did it again. if you need to talk about it, contact me or one of the other ppl on here who are willing to talk about it.

one time i cut myself so much that i almost died from blood loss. but i got blood put back into me.

i cut myself with a butter knife once. sometimes i stab myself with sharp pencils.

how can u cut yourself with a butter knife they are dull? Pathetic

I usually do about three or four one to two centimetre cuts on my arms, shallow enough to look like a cat scratch or something. I have 19 white scars and one purple one on my left arm, and I also cut on my hips, because the skin breaks easily, they bleed a lot, it hurts like a bitch and no one can see them. There, I hack away, doing about 25+ at a time, and if I find one that bleeds more than the others, I'll cut about ten more times into that same one to see how much I can make it bleed. On my right hip bone, I have about 30+ white scars, on my left, 20. I haven't cut in about two weeks, and it's driving me insane. The road to recovery is long and turbulent, but I'm sure that in the end, life will be so much better.

I tend to only do a few (shallow to look like scratches) and usually on my arms or hips. On my hips I sometimes cut more. I don;t cut everyday by anymeans, but usually at least once a week. now lets hope no-one I know reads this....

you don't think you can cut with a butterknife? you just have to press really hard and it makes the cuts a lot worse. it makes me bleed more. just the way i like it when i am so pathetic that i can't find another way to deal with my problems.
