So my boyfriend and I have been together for alot of highschool and he is going to green bay for skiing and ummm its 5 hours away and he's a total babe and i trust him totally but I dont know if I want to do the whole long distance thing. I love him.... like if he asked me to marry him id say yes in a heartbeat but I dont know if he's commited or not sooooo what do I do? do I just wait it out and see what happens or should I talk to him about it? he's made it clear that he doesnt want to break up but I've done the long distance thing and got hurt pretty bad ....I know he's not like my ex but im just kinda scared of whatll happen.

How long is he going for?
Look, deary. If this guy is promising you nothing bad will happen, then try and stay a little positive. Yes, people part and walk their own ways in some relationships- but when he's not around, talk to him via phone, e-mail- whatever.

Don't dwell on what the past has done to you or the last long-distance boyfriend. When you have the feeling that the person youâ??re with is perfect and you could marry them if they asked- its a special feeling. So, if this guy means something to you, then let him go without being such a worry-pant!

Don't repeat an old relationship cycle. Break it by believing it is not the same and take a chance on something good.

I'm in the same situation as you ... my boyfriend and I are going to college 4 hours away and he doesn't want to break up and I'm concerned about how it's going to turn out because I don't want to get my heart broken. If you love him, take a chance, that's what love's all about. No one said it would be easy.

    Good luck with that.
