Family & Friend Problems

I live with undivorced parents, but life is still hell. I hate my dad, and slowly but surely, my relationship with my mother is dying. It seems that no matter what I do, everything is wrong. I don't know what to do. My mental condition is slowly diminishing and once more my mental condition and emotional condition is declining. I had one friend, I barely have another, and I find there is no one with whom I can confide. What can I do?
