Airplanes, boats, and water....yes I fear water. Im a complete pansy when it comes to water...I can handle water in a cup, a ditch, the sink, the shower and the tub, but water anywhere else scares me. Its a new found fear I have. I never used to fear water but one day I woke up and water scared the crap out of me.

I'm afraid of nothing, only fear itself. Because that's the source of fear.

Well then isn't your greatest fear being weak? What's so bad about being weak, unless you have a fear of one day becoming just that?

I could say I'm afraid of the dark, of insects, or any of those other common things. My biggest fear, though, would be losing another loved one. What makes this fear even stronger is the fact that I know that I can't prevent these things from happening.

My biggest fear is living to be 75 or 80 years old i dont want to live that long live is to hard now think of how hard it will be then.

Being killed by the one i luved, wats in the dark cuz it just sorta freaks me out by wats in the dark..,and idk y but poppin ballons...

I'm afraid of getting old, because of the diseases and what not.

We *don't* have to fear anything, I didn't say we have to. But when people say "fear is weakness", I take that as being them afraid of becoming weak - therefore weakness is their fear.

And as a personal opinion, I don't believe that there is anybody out there who doesn't have a single fear at all. You can say it all you like, but I just don't believe it. :]

Too many bad memories about ppl killing themselves and ppl whom i love very much just go away and never come back. I'm sorry.

I fear relapsing and never stopping... losing those i hold dear... frogs, lizards, snakes, hell anything i can't hold a conversation of some sort with... being trapped in a room full of idiots... having children... sexually transmitted diseases, esp. hiv and or aids... being swallowed in darkness... people who don't speak but stare...

I think I might be afraid of letting down the people I love... the people who are counting on me...because i'm not strong enough to handle it.

I understand that concept perfectly. I'm not saying our fears have to turn us into paranoid people. I'm simply saying that if I was faced with one of my fears, for example, losing a family member, then I would be very scared and very upset - and therefore that is why I now have a fear of that happening again. I've felt the emotions, I've seen the crap that comes along with that stuff, and yes, I fear that happening again.

IMO, it's natural to have fears. I can't say I'm not afraid of anything, because that is simply not true. However, I'm also not saying that I worry from morning to night constantly about the things I fear. I don't. I don't lose any energy from having fears. I just worry about that fear happening again.

China dolls!, i always think there eyes have moved and think there watching me, i carnt sleep in the same room with them, cause when i close my eyes i think there going to jump on me and attack me, lol.

not liking something, or not understanding something is completely different from fear.

i don't like when i can't see the bottom of the water when i'm swimming. doesn't mean i'm "afraid" just means i don't like it. if i were in a position where i would HAVE to be in deep water where i can't see the bottom, i wouldn't like it, but i would remind myself that God did not give me a spirit of fear and just get over it.
