Narcissistic or Not

I love my boyfriend with all my heart, but i know there is something not quite right about our relationship. I've researched Narcissistic personality disorder and i have suspicions that he may have it. He has alot of symptoms, however when i read what people have wrote about narcassists they have known, it doesnt sound like him. He isnt as bad as anyone they haver described, they sound alot harsher then him. I was wondering if I could get any information from someone who knows something about this disorder to help me out. Is it possible he could get worse with age, or maybe he has characteristics of the disorder, but not the disorder itself.

The thing is that different characteristics can mean many different things but I learned a bit about this disorder and am looking some info up for you. Can you something though, what are the characteristics you are seeing?
