Notes On Different Styles

    Like the Notes on Writing Poetry, I want to have a collection of text about Styles, so that people can come to this thread and find a style that is of their own personal choice and satisfaction. No extra gibber-gabber please, just post information about a certain style. Please make sure you look above and make sure that you are not reposting information already given. If you use a certain website for your information and you copy and paste, please don't forget to include the link to the website where you got the information from, otherwise it is plagiarism.

    Hope to See this At The Top!

    Rhyme Scheme:

    1st line: abc, 12 syllables
    2nd line: abCc, 15 syllables
    3rd line: aBdD, 16 syllables
    4th line: aBdCD, 15 syllables

    5th line: aD, 7 syllables
    6th line: ae, 8 syllables
    7th line: aD, 7 syllables
    8th line: ae, 7 syllables
    9th line: D, 1 syllable

    Example:

    O, how lovely; the suns rising over the clouds.
    O, the beauty; the guns bellowed plums amass, above the crowds.

    O, its fluffy; the smoke-stacks regurgitation onto the sky.
    O, what stuffs me; a hope thats fleeting nations of glass, O cry!

    Nothing loves me like your lies;
    Nothing hugs me like all your pleas;

    Nothing bugs me like your flies;
    Not one thing, fu*** me--in these

    Eyes!

    This style is to be known as a Williad; after my middle name.

    Enjoy,
    ~Richi~
