oki am doing report on the millitary, and i need your guyes comments, What do you think about us military, do you support the war, do you support buh? things like taht plz feel free to comment on any thing that has to do with our gov.

ok first off, I'm just gonna say I am Canadian, just so you know... I do not support the was nor do I like Bush. I hate George W. Bush with all my heart and soul. A little part of my died when he won the election. I am a huge supporter of John Kerry. I agree with a lot of what he stands for. All I can say is that I am glad that I am not an American, the only reason being because of Bush.

I support Bush, I do not agree with everything he says but I do support him, Kerry had many lies, Thats my opinion though... I support the troops that must fight in the war, I like the war and dislike it... I must say i don't really have an answer... Everything has good sides and bad...

Bush may not be perfect. But hes a heck of a lot better than Kerry. "The Lesser of the two Evils."

I support Bush 90%. And I support the Troops 1,000%. Zero BS tolerance on my end.

As for the War, I hate it [war] in general. Though this War...I guess Im so middle of the road, I cant make a one sided position. Accept that I love the Troops and pray for them daily, but at the same time hate the fact that they have to give their lives for me and others.

I, and so many of us, are undeserving of those Troops. Anyone that puts there life on the line for me, I have so much respect.

Thats why I love Jesus ;)

Pain Killer -- Not to deny your right to post this, but really, is this going to provide any real substance for a report? This topic has been hashed over so many times here already. What you are going to get are a lot of gut responses, emotional outbursts and opinions with no basis in fact. I don't know the parameters of your assignment but I would ask "Is this really what you want to submit in your report?"

Lydia, it doesnt hurt to ask every once in a while. Besides we dont know Pain Killers objective anyways...though it is unclear to us, does it really matter? Yes...it does.

But for the sake of discussion, this posting is purely for interest, I feel...besides it never hurts when doing a project to take a census of the few respondees to a posting about the President.

Krete -- I didn't say she shouldn't post this here. My point was that, for the purpose of a report, no objectivity was going to come out of here. And I didn't say it, but since you brought up census, the opinions from this group are not likely to be representative of either the general population nor the voting population.

With those caveats, I agree with you that people should voice their opinions on this topic in whatever way they want. I'm not attempting to inhibit the free and open exchange of opinions. But it has been done several times over in just the past couple months here.

I don't agree with this war- but I will suport it, because i suport the U.S. I also don't like the fact that Bush is president again, but again I will suport what ever he does- because I will always suport the U.S.
