*How Long is too long?*

Alright so i havent seen my boyfriend in almost a month now...but look he just got promoted to his job and he worked really hard and i am so proud of him! He asked me to be pationate and i said i would but really i dont want to, well i want to but it just seems like im in a long distance relationship when really im not! I really like him and i really want to be with him and i told him i was like "I dont know if i can wait anymore" and i didnt even know what i meant by that but he was like " Are you gonna cheat on me, you bout to break up wit me?" and let me tell you,he sounded scared! He tells me he misses me all the time and he calls me just as much as he used to if not more....he says that " absence makes the heart grow fonder" you think this is true? How long is too long? Would you wait? What do i do?

Absence can make the heart grow fonder depending on ones own mistakes... it can make it grow fonder, but to a point it can cause regret, but enough with going into my issues. it's true though. a month is no where near "too long", and if it makes any difference, i've waited three years just to have a relationship of that sort with the girl i supposedly "love", but just wait it out.... and more importantly, don't cheat on him if you still love him and if it gets to a point you stop loving him don't hurt him and one day who knows, right?

Yea, i understand wat your saying and no i would never cheat on him. I have to correct though, because i dont love him, well yet...we have only been together for acouple months now so i havent gotten there yet, but like you said who knows

He is correct in saying absence makes the heart grow fonder. It does to a point. Be patient. It's hard I know. I've been there. If you really LOVE him, you won't let him go. Just ask yourself, is he the one you want to spend the rest of your life with? If so then stay strong and have faith that it will work. If not then don't waste your time or his. It will only hurt the two of you worse in the future. I hope everything works out for you girl. Pray, God will lead you in the right direction.

Thanks, but i must also correct you, i dont know if i love him or not....i never told him that i love him but i feel that i may be fallin for him...i'm just not sure yet and you know what they say{love is never unsure} so right now im just infactuated with him...i think hes fallin for me also but thats another thing that i am unsure about...
