Beautiful Disaster (Give Anything) - Anyone seen it?

I read this amazing poem...the title is Beautiful Disaster (Give Anything) -- I'm not sure if the brackets are right but that's the gist. I can't remember the authors name. I added the poem to my favourites but then it disappeared. I'd really like to find it again.
Please, if anyone can...help me.

Yes, I've thought of that. I really hope it's not though. It was REALLY good. I'm hoping maybe the title was changed or something.

Um..I couldn't repeat them word for word but i remember it saying something along the lines of..

the sound goodbyes make.

that was one of them...near the beginning of the poem.

Yeah I did the same thing today. I can not seem to find it at all. It's really getting me down. It was such an awesome poem. It was perfect. I even commented saying how brilliant it was so I don't understand why it would be deleted.
