I need some friendly advice, please.

    Back in February, I had a small, online "fling" with a guy who is a few years older than me. We had arranged to meet, but we stopped talking about a week before the meeting date. I don't remember exactly, but what happened was this: One day he just stopped talking with me, and I basically had to scrounge for a reason as to why. He said that he felt we didn't have much in common, and he also said he might be hitting it off with a woman he works with.

    Well, out of some odd coincidence, I ran into his MySpace page last night. This is my question...should I message him? I would be alright with remaining only friends, but would it seem weird that I'm trying to contact him after four months? And there's also the chance that he wouldn't reply if I did message him, which would probably be the case because he is the avoidant type of person. So, tell me...what should I do?

    Why bother then hun?
    Just don't sen anything to him..
    if he does,then you reply

    And a interesting question to all that will reply to this;
    Why do we always talk about someone's age just after saying the condition..I saw many that wrote like this [and in real life too]
    But why do we always get stuck at age and have the need to tell the age before everything else about that person?

    I'm just so curious

    I didn't say exactly how much older he was than me, just a vague hint. Anyway, it doesn't matter to me, but it was the first thing that really came to mind when typing earlier because it was our biggest "problem." The age difference, I mean. I don't know why; that's just how it is, I suppose.

    As for bothering...part of me really wants to message him, just for old times sake and because I found him to be a good friend...and also because I don't really believe in coincidence. The other part of me is extremely reluctant though...maybe even somewhat scared that he won't reply or will think I'm crazy for even trying to contact him. *shrug* I am unsure.

    That was what I'm talking about...why it is always the first thing that coms to our mind..I mean I didn't tell it because you told it first..it is just a thing that I always pass by and see,so I'm just wondering

    And if you want to,just do it
    Nothing is worse than not doing what you want and then regret
