He raped me, and i don't know what to do.

This happened about a month ago and i still haven't told anyone. My moms last boyfriend who used to stay here was a real creep. he used to always stare at me and try to touch on me. Then one day when my mom was gone, he snuck in my room and he raped me. He beat me pretty bad. When i told my mom, she didn't believe me, she said that i had probably got beat up at school. even though she didn't believe me, she still got rid of her boyfriend. The day it happened, i asked her if i could go to the hospital and get proof, but she only told me that if i said something it would cause problems, and she didn't need the attention from the cops. I've been holding it in, and i can't take it anymore. I don't know what to do. i don't have any proof that he did it now, and i can't report him.

First off i think its very wrong that your mom didnt do nothing about it..im sorry but it is..but im sorry if you did report them most likely it would end up his word against yours..and becuz of that you dont have proff to proof him..but im very sorry..im always here if you ever wanna talk ok?..--Megan--

I still think you need to go and report it. whether your mom wants you to or not. that is a BIG DEAL!!

I agree with them. technology is a crazy thing. you should report it. rapists don't stop raping. my dad is a cop and he has made a case on a rapist when the girl was too afraid to come forward at first, they didn't even have evidence with the rape kit because she waited a while and the guy still did time! the longer you wait, the more evidence slips away. if you go to the cops and tell them that it was month ago, they might have some ideas of what else you can use to get him. the decision is yours.

Try to make him want to do it to you once again, that tape it, and before he does it, show your tape to your mom.. or the cops. thats my suggestion. ^^

Just go to the police and they will tell you how you can make your case, explain to them that your mother did not want you to say anything because she didn't quite believe you. they will help you, that is what they are there for.

Dont be hesitate to report thats not an easy problem actually u carry that through ur life an its very unforgetable and painful. u have the rights to report him if u dont have any proof why dont u try to ask some help for ur relatives or close friends. i believe u can do it.. i pray for u

I was raped two years ago and i never reported it. i never even told anyone until last summer and by then i just didn't want to say anything. worst mistake pf my life. i wasnt the first or the last, i could have prevented it from happening again...besides it would have made me feel safer knowing he was put away. you really should go tell someone about what happened to you.

I hate this crap. Don't hold it in, that is what he wanted you to do! What are you thinking? Someone rapes you, don't just bare the burden for eternity...get help, talk to someone, skrew your mom for not believing you! That is bad parenting. It has only been a month, there is still time. Go to a police station, go online, call a hotline, call 911...do what you need to do to get in touch with people who can actually help you. My friend was raped over a year ago and just went to the police a month ago...the rapist is in jail now, what kind of proof do you think she had after a year besides her word? No proof. Judges have extreme sympathy for victims of rape. Just do something, stop wallowing in a lagoon of self pity. I am sorry for what you have been through, and I am even more sorry that your mom doesn't believe you, but please do something to help yourself.
