Im REALLY In Love With This Girl Right Now..And Shes One Of My Best Friends..Im Not Sure If I Should Tell Her Or Not..Shes A Bit Boy Crazy And Has A Lot Of Friends That Really Like Messin Wit People...And Im NOT Tryin To Make MySelf Look A Fool.....Now I Cant Even Go Around Her Without Having A Mental Meltdown...What Would You Do

I would just take her aside and tell her. If she says yes, then you have a potentially great relationship. If she says no, then you just have to take a little time to get over it.

It's better than wondering "what if" for the rest of your life.

I agree with Mandy. Just ask her to lunch. Just ask her if she's hungry and go out to eat. While you're waiting on your food tell her how you feel and ask her out.
