How to make a move on a crush?

I know him well enough to start getting to know each other but I am nervous. How do I do this? We are next-door neighbors. I don't know how to start off things? I get REALLY NERVOUS but I know I need to do something because I am ready.

Why dont u just talk to him, and if you already do talk to him alot, just say something one time like casually say, well we should hang out to do *blah blah blah* you know and see what he has to say to that

You could also casually flirt when you see him.{{it is really fun too}}. then you will leave thoughts about you in his mind. and flirting is really easy, and gets the guy interested. so then it also kinda gets easier to talk to him that way too.
