Titled Acrostic Poetry contest

Acrostic Poetry is a form of poetry where the first letter of each line spells out a word (downwards). Say that you chose FREE. You would start the first line of your poem with F... the second with R... the third with E... so on and so forth. If you do not understand, or need clarification, PM me. I have faith that you all know what I'm talking about though :-)

In this contest you must choose from the list of titles provided. Stay on topic. If you choose Summer Dreams, your poem needs to be about summer dreams or dreams of summer. Remember the first rule of writing: Show. Don't tell. Bring your poem to life. We want to see it- feel it-experience it!

RULES:
-2 people per title (RESERVE YOUR SPOT)
-up to 3 poems per person- no more
-Can be rhyming or non-rhyming
-No suicidal poems/I wanna die poems
-No Cursing
-No explicit/erotic poems
-Disobeying these rules will get you kicked out.

If more people don't join though, the closing date may change. There is only a handful of people in this contest (makes for better odds though) and I really don't want it to simply stagnate here. If you want, you can enter another poem... or two... or three.

Either way, I'll give it another week. If there are no more entries, I will close this contest and judge what's here.

I've never been excellent with Acrostics, nor that good. But, I wanted to give it a try. I hope you like it, if even a little.

Wishful Thinking {Acrostic}

With bouts of contempt
Insecurities set in and hope frays.
Set your eyes to the Gods;
Hand in hand you will find your place
Falling through a time unknown to man.
Undergoing secrets we never knew;
Long ago where wishful thinking grew.

Touch the delicate test we call tomorrow,
Holding down what little ambition we can choke on.
Intent with everything but nothing itself;
"Nothing is only a little bit of everything," you claim.
Knowing tomorrow will never come, you detest
Intrigued with moments we no are no longer there;
Now memories are wasted on a time long gone,
Gesturing toward wishful thinking won't dawn.

Desired Emotions please.

Desired Emotions

Destined to feel anything
Entwined in a land of nothing;
Swirling feeling all around me, but
In me they are nonexistent.
Reaching for anything to fuel
Empty hearts and open minds:
Desired thought- thinking.

Embalmed in the emptiness,
Motions crash before my eyes.
Outrageous crying happens upon
Tear-stained cheeks
In another world.
Ominous anger, pain, but it's
Never here, in my mind.
Still I feel nothing.

My sweet rose,
You're lost, I see.

Stumbling on your thorns--
With what hope is there left;
Eternity doesn't seem that long..

Odd that you're still standing;

My sweet rose please, if i may reserve

I wrote this about my little girl, no one know about her because after the birth complications, i moved town so that way i wouldn't have to deal with the pain. I hope it is ok. here it is

My sweet rose (acrostic)

My sweet rose, you have been taken far too soon
You were the light in my eyes, the love in my heart

Sweet heart I love you, no matter where you are
Wishing upon every star that I had you in my arms
Emotions run through me, as I remember you did not take a single breath
Every time I think of you, tears appear in my eyes
Thinking what you would be like if you lived your life

Remembering how small and beautiful you were
Over flowing with tears as I held you my gorgeous
Seeing you lie there without your first breath, my heart broke
Ebony I miss you and always will, you will always be in my heart
